This is from Rome Marathon March 2006. A guy from work ran it with me--he was 20 and said he was able to finish this one because he trained well---which dismayed me to find out that he had ran once for 5 MILES ONLY!!! How disgusting to be 46 compared to 20!! Erik joined me for two 10 km segments. He complained that I was running to slowly at the 30-40 km segment. Of course, he has not joined me except for a 10 km piece!
